Writing

Duncan Honeybourne has written for many newspapers and journals. His work, including articles, obituaries, features and concert/book reviews, has appeared in Classical Music and International Piano magazines, the Jewish Chronicle, The Times, Guardian, the Birmingham Post and the Cardiff Western Mail.

Duncan’s research interests complement his performing career and embrace a wide range of fascinating and forgotten composers, pianists and other musical characters. He also writes and lectures frequently on his experience of living with autism, and more occasionally on aspects of family history.

Many of the articles listed below have appeared in a range of publications, whilst a few are published here for the first time. Also available are some of his CD booklet essays, and interviews given by Duncan to other writers.
